What is PE film? How to apply?

PE film

Also known as stretch film, stretch film, and stretch film, it is widely used in centralized wrapping packaging of various goods, which can help reduce damage and collapse of goods during transportation.

In addition, PE stretch film packaging is waterproof, dustproof, and highly transparent, making it easy to identify the type of packaged goods.

Features

It is non-toxic, odorless and tasteless, and can meet the requirements of food hygiene performance.

What packaging can be applied?

1. Pallet packaging: Wrap the goods on the pallet to form a whole to prevent loosening, collapse, and deformation during logistics and transportation; as well as waterproof and dustproof.

2. Packing of cartons: Using stretch film as the packing film can protect the cartons from rain, and at the same time avoid the loss or damage of scattered items inside after the express delivery violently smashes the cartons.

3. Machine covering: Machines that are not used regularly can be wrapped with 2-3 layers of stretch film to prevent the machine from rusting due to being left for too long, and it also has a dust-proof effect.

4. Packaging of special-shaped products: When packaging large special-shaped products, it is impossible to customize a fixed PE packaging film. In this case, stretch film can be used for packaging, and multi-angle and all-round packaging without dead corners can meet your perfect packaging needs.

5. Product surface protection: Because the stretch film has good self-adhesiveness, it will not form glue residue on the wrapped object. It can be attached to smooth surfaces such as glass, building materials, ceramics, doors and windows to prevent scratches by sharp objects.
